The Women, Infants and Children Nutrition Program (WIC) helps to keep your family healthy and strong. WIC is designed to provide the resources needed in order to feed your family nutritious meals. We will also provide information for other applicable professionals and services to help your family stay healthy. WIC is not just for mothers; fathers, guardians or foster parents may also apply for WIC to ensure the health of their children.

After you are approved for WIC, you will meet with a WIC nutritionist to discuss your family's nutrition requirements and receive tips on planning healthy meals and shopping on a budget.
